Vasilis is a Chef with many years of experience in fine dining restaurants and he is the cultivator of the Cretan gastronomy experiences vegetable garden. Eva is a celebrity Chef on National TV and a cook book published writer, with many years of experience in traditional Greek and Cretan cuisine. Marios is the F&B manager and cultivator of GCE's farm, cultivates the 90% of vegetables and fruits that we serve. He is also food enthusiast and wine lover.
Cretan gastronomy experiences has its own vegetable garden, a citrus fruits garden and olive groves. We are foragers of Cretan land. Our philosophy is based on Greek hospitality and our main goal is to create unforgettable memories, beautiful experiences, unique moments and wide smiles.
